Sure Mail™ runs on high-speed, high-reliability email servers that are connected to multiple OC-192 1,000 Megs Internet backbone connections which are fully redundant at all times.

We own and manage multiple email servers located in seven data centers located throughout the U.S. and Canada. We don't use Tier 2 resellers, only Tier 1 backbone providers.

Our Tier 1 providers are AT&T, MCI, Verizon, Level 3, UUNet, Sprint, Telus, Bell Canada and numerous others. SureMail™ offers a high-quality redundant eMail service thanks to load-balancing servers located in our various data centers. If one of our mail servers goes down or is temporarily unavailable at any given time, your emails are automatically re-routed to our many other mail servers in a split second. This is totally transparent and without you ever noticing any quality or transmission speed degradation.

All of this provides you with unmatched reliability, scalalability and performance. All our data centers offer full power battery back-up, plus industrial-grade diesel power generators in case of power outages. You will never lose any emails and you will always be able to send them anywhere and at any time of the day or night.

Our data centers are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by qualified, experienced personnel that are especially trained for the job. All your emails will always operate at peak efficiency, regardless if there is a major power failure locally, or across the country.

Our email service include full UPS backup (Uninterruptible Power Supplies), further protected by industrial-grade diesel emergency power generators.
