I'm convinced and I want to sign up today! What do I do?
That's very simple! Once you have selected the type of
email package you need, simply
click on the Buy Now Button located at the right of the package you selected and you will
be taken to our easy-to-use PayPal payment system. You then simply send us the amount indicated on
that package. Our process is fully automated. Please note that our email service is payable once a
year and in advance. However, for companies ordering 50 or more email addresses special arrangements
can be made where we can send out invoices monthly or quarterly. Please note that all prices listed
on this website are stated in U.S. currency.
Why would I pay to get an email address when I can get a free one
at Google, Yahoo, Hotmail or other free email services? Even my ISP (Internet Service Provider)
offers me one included at no additional charge on my Internet access account?
While most free email services offered by the above-mentioned companies
are generally satisfactory, there are times when their systems
go down temporarily, lose some emails or their systems are simply
out of service at certain times. Add to that the large quantity of

I'm on the road a lot and I use my laptop most of the time. Because of this, my SMTP
outgoing mail changes all the time. Will this cause problems for me? If my SMTP is never
the same, how will I ever be able to send emails?

I just started using your email service. Why is it that I'm getting some
spam messages along with emails that are destined to me?
Sometimes, our spam filters need a few weeks to get 'accustomed' to the kind
of daily emails you are getting. From the first day you opened your SureMail™
account, our spam filters go into what is called a Training Mode. That period
can last anywhere from two weeks to about a month to complete. During that
training mode, our spam filters are trying to differentiate what is spam
and what are valid emails. Once that training period has completed, your spam
levels should drop drastically to a very low level. The same applies to potential
virus-infected emails that can sometimes propagate on the Internet.
Since SureMail™ already comes with its own set of virus filters, do
I still need a good anti-virus program on my personal computer or workstation?
Yes you do. Although our virus filters do a great job at deleting potential
virus-infected emails, it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that users have their
own anti-virus software locally installed on their machines. Examples of well-known
anti-virus software programs are Avast (free), Norton Anti-Virus, McAffe, etc. Additionally,
make sure you download all the newest virus signatures at least once a week, and also
perform a full scan of all your hard drives at least once a month. Prevention is still
the best medicine!
I need an auto-responder. Does Sure Mail™ provide that kind of service?
Yes! All our email packages come with our easy-to-use email responders. You can have
as many responders as you have emails. Additionally, you can have more than one message
per email address. For example, you can have one saying that you're in your office and
that you will respond to an email momentarily. You can have another one for weekends or
holidays. Or you can set one up when you leave on an extended vacation. The applications
are almost endless.
