We had been at our previous email provider (a free service) for about a
year until problems started to creep in all of a sudden.
For no apparent reasons many emails wouldn't come through to us
anymore. We had added some new users and our IT department said it
shouldn't have any effect on the rest of our users but it did. That's
when I decided to start looking for a new mail provider. We need a system

appears to be just what the doctor ordered.
The first week we started using Sure Mail™ we didn't see
much difference than with the previous mail system we were using before.
However, it's only in the couple of weeks after that I really started to
see the real value in a total email solution the size of SureMail™.
I was amazed at all the added functionality it features that our other solution
lacked.
Apart from a stronger and more efficient spam filter and virus filter,
one feature that we really like is the ability for us to easily create
autoresponders. That feature is important to us since many of our staff
often leave on holidays or are assigned to new projects that require them
to travel. If a person is moved from one project to another, SureMail™'s
autoresponders can send automated email replies to our members letting them
know where that person can now be reached. That feature alone is reason for
us to switch providers.
All in all, we are very happy with Sure Mail™. My only
wish is that we had discovered it earlier.
